Product Overview: - Benchtop Meltblown lab equipment models: Single-hole meltblown benchtop lab equipment, Mono- & Bi-component optional. - Small-scale Meltblown Nonwoven lab equipment models: 100~300mm width of Meltblown nonwoven lab equipment; Mono- & Bi-component optional. - Pilot-scale Meltblown lab machine models: 600~1000mm width of Meltblown pilot line and other pilot models, Mono- & Bi-component optional, can be used for pilot-scale experiments and for continuous production of special nonwovens. - KMD’s Spin-pack components are developed and designed independently and have our own manufacturing capability. KMD designs and manufactures the Spin-pack components of the above models, and undertakes the design and co-development of new Spin-pack components. |
Features: - Low raw material consumption and with high speed testing. - It is equipped with a unique hot-roll milling electrical heating systems; so that it is more flexible and more convenient in temperature adjustment. - Hot-roll milling unit is easy to equip with a variety of rolling forms. - Mode of receiving fiber is changeable. - PP, PA, PET, PLA and some other materials can be used. |
